All payments are due within 7 days of receiving your email invoice, after this a late fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.
For a total amount due of $1,000 or less, we accept PayPal, personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. For a total amount due of $1,001 or more we accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks and wire transfers. We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 12 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.
For a total amount due of $800 or less, we accept PayPal or wire transfers. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted. For a total amount due of $801 or more we accept wire transfers and checks drawn on US Banks.
Our 30 Day Guarantee & Refunds:
We make every effort to accurately describe and identify our antiques. All items sold by Heirloom Estate Services are guaranteed to be of the age or period stated in the listing (areas of restoration excepted). We will refund the initial purchase price of any returned merchandise under the following conditions: returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase in the same condition as when purchased. Upon return, the item should be accompanied with the original receipt from Heirloom Estate Services, as well written evidence from a curator of Asian arts at any major museum or an accredited ASA (American Society of Appraisers) or ISA (International Society of Appraisers)appraiser disputing the returned itemís authenticity. A full money-back payment of the initial purchase price will then be issued to the purchaser. Any undisclosed cracks or fractures claims must be handled directly through the chosen method of delivery immediately after receipt as they occurred during shipping.
Layway & Refunds:
A 3 month lay-a-way plan is available for purchases over $500. An initial 30% deposit followed by equal payments in 30 and 60 days. Shipping and insurance is added to the final payment. Items on lay-a-way are set aside and not advertised as available. Because of this loss of sales opportunities, lay-a-way purchases not paid in full within 29 days of the final payment due date will be returned to inventory and no refunds or credit will be issued.
